Le Motorola V3x, sorti en 2005, est une version améliorée du célèbre Razr V3, avec un design à clapet et des fonctionnalités avancées. Il dispose d’un écran TFT de 2,2 pouces, d’un appareil photo 2 MP avec flash LED, et d’une caméra frontale VGA pour les appels vidéo. Contrairement au V3, il prend en charge la 3G (UMTS), offrant une connexion plus rapide. Il possède 64 Mo de stockage interne, extensible via microSD, ainsi que Bluetooth 2.0.
